Spire Innovation – The best maintenance is… preventive maintenance. With an E-mail Notification system system from Spire, the homeowner and other maintenance personnel are alerted to any irregularities or upcoming service issues that need to be addressed for efficient household operations.

With an e-mail notification system, one never has to worry about the generator battery dying. The system ensures that the homeowner is aware of the generator battery status so that in the event of a power failure, the system is ready to go.

E-mail notifications also ensure the homeowner is aware of sump pump failures, temperature spikes and humidity changes. An e-mail notification is even sent when your projector bulb is near replacement so that you never miss the big game. For extra safety measures, one can even request continual household operations updates from the system so that they can constantly monitor security, temperature and more.

For instant identification, sensors actually show up on a visual blue print of the area so that one can easily view the security system. If any type of moment is detected via the sensors, a camera is automatically initiated to serve as a visual notification of the detected presence.
