PROJECT DETAILS

• Modern home with tons of windows. Window shade fascias were incorporated into the metal details to make them “disappear.” The project required constant, high-level coordination with the interior designer, builder, and architect.

• Lutron Lighting control allows for a simple, convenient daily experience — a single, one-button press sets the scene for the day, and night.

• 2 sets of garages (upper and lower level) securely integrated with Savant, enabling notifications if a door is left open.

• Additionally, full Savant control of audio, video, lighting shades, cameras, garage doors, temperature, and security.

• Worked with the General Contractor to ensure all TVs sit flush with the walls, keeping in line with the overall elevated design aesthetic of home.

• Indoor pool with temperature control, automated shading, and audio.

• Large outdoor pool with all-weather audio and full WiFi coverage.
