PROJECT DETAILS

• This was a “takeover” project, meaning we did not do the original installation. The owner purchased it as newly built “spec” home that had been outfitted with a poorly designed system.

• We started with Lutron Homeworks QS Wireless lighting. Since we could not plan a lighting system from the start, this was a great solution, allowing us to cover the entire home with simple, thoughtful lighting control.

• For the TV’s, music, lighting, and cameras, we used a Control4 Home control system.

• Large 85” TV in the family room with all speakers hidden in the ceiling and walls, including the subwoofer.

• Complete outdoor audio encompassing a large pool, upper and lower patio areas, as well as the front driveway for the perfect soundtrack for shooting hoops, a must!

• SPECIAL FEATURE: The lower level media room / theater. The open concept was a unique but exciting challenge. We installed beautiful, automated curtains to “close off” the theater area. Meridian speakers and Sony projector created an unbelievable viewing experience. All artwork in lower level is “movie” themed and was so fun to work with this client on.

• Additionally, the lower level bar area became a center point of focus for entertaining, with stunning lighting showcasing the collection and seating area around the bar. We were so proud of this level of detail and the client was thrilled with the look and seamless control.
